CAMPUS GROUPS

Campus groups are held at the VLC Campus at various times throughout the week.

SUNDAY GROUPS

(10:00am - 11:10am)

Rooted (Adults)

– Room 200 / Leader: Bob Stone / No cost for materials

Rooted is the next step for those who have made the decision to follow Jesus Christ. In these 4 sessions you’ll learn key Biblical truths that will start you on the path of discovering who God is and how He works in your life as a follower of Him.

Highway 20s & 30s (Adults)

– Room 232 / Leaders: Pastor Bob & Sherilyn Cook / No cost for materials

Young married couples in their 20s & 30s meet weekly to reflect on a topic, the supporting scripture and discuss how to apply Biblical principles to their lives.  This group is a great way to connect with other young couples and you grow in your marriage, parenting of little ones, management of finances and your relationship with Jesus.

40s & 50s (Adults)

– Room 203 / Leader: Pastor Josh Cook / Study materials are for purchase at Info Desk depending on the study being taught

This group of adults in their 40s & 50s include people who are married, single, parents of younger kids and even grandparents. Some have been following Jesus most of their lives and others are relatively new. They listen to Biblical teaching, discuss application and their share life experiences. Connect with people who can relate to your life stage and encourage you in your journey with Jesus.

Growing in Faith (Adults)

– Room 202 / Leader: Jerry Boschen / No cost for materials

The Growing in Faith group meets weekly for lecture teaching and discussion on deeper Biblical topics. This group welcomes adults of all ages who want to challenge themselves to understand more of the Bible and share the years of experience being friends with Jesus.

Life-Long Learners (Adults)

– Room 231 / Leaders: Jim Salas & Sam Gallegos / No cost for study materials

The Life-Long Learners are adults in various seasons of life, who enjoy opening the Bible together, discussing what it says and what it means in their lives. If you love to read and discuss the Bible, this group is for you.

The Bible Project-New Testament (Youth)

– Youth Room / Leader: Pastor Marcos / No cost for materials.

In this small group, the students are split by gender and grade levels where they explore books and themes of the New Testament. This is a great entry point for new and incoming students.

Early Childhood (Kids Ages: Infants – 5 years old)

– Leader: Pastor Rachel Pilcher

We have age specific classes for our kids as well as age specific curriculum in each class. We engage the kids in Bible stories, songs,  color pages, crafts, and play to help parents build the foundation of their child’s relationship with Jesus.

Elementary Bible Study Groups (Kids Ages Kindergarten – 5th Grade)

– Leaders: Al & Bev Smith

We have 3 classrooms available for our Elementary aged kids. We use a curriculum that strategically takes our kids through the Bible during their elementary aged years. These classrooms have age appropriate activities that include: lessons, crafts, games, small group questions, and more!

WEDNESDAY GROUPS

(6:30pm - 7:50pm)

Our Wednesday evening adult groups do not meet on the first Wednesday of each month. We invite adults to attend First Wednesday for worship and prayer in the Worship Center.
